Tire and Valve Certification
NOM-086-SCFI
Applies to new radial tires used in motor vehicles with a gross vehicular weight equal to or less than 10,000 lb (4 536 kg).
NOM-086-1-SCFI
Applies to new radial construction tires for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight greater than 4,536 kg and diagonal construction tires of any load capacity.
